If you've called DeCal Works, there's a good chance you've talked with Lukas. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, he's fantastic on the phone and takes pride in making every customer feel like a priority. Basically was born for this industry. He loves Motocross. He rides motocross, works at the motocross track in his spare time, watches motocross, talks about motocross, and if there were 25 hours in a day, he'd probably spend the extra one at the motocross track too. Sidenote: The man enjoys a nice floral arrangement as well. So he can help you order your DeCals and then let you know the proper bouquet for the wife the day the DeCals, Seat Cover, Plastic and Bike Stand show up.

Drake Smith

By day, he's helping customers order the perfect DeCal Works Graphics and making sure every project sticks (literally). By night—and most weekends—you'll find him either halfway up a mountain wondering whose idea this was or launching a disc into the woods while confidently declaring, "I meant to do that." When he's not closing deals at DeCal Works, he's chasing elevation and terrain. If you are looking for top-notch customer service with well over a decade in the industry. Ext. 250 is your connection to Drake. Friendly, adventurous, knowledgeable, and powered by caffeine and questionable route choices, he's always ready for the next challenge—whether it's earning your business, stellar customer service, climbing another peak, or finally keeping a disc out of the trees. Drake is about helping our customers find the right solutions, building relationships, earning trust, and delivering outstanding service.

Mike "PaintCan" Zont

Just throw your craziest ideas at this guy and he can bring them to life. Mike is one of DeCal Works veteran designers, here since 1903, he has brought the flavor to almost everything DeCal Works has introduced. He is also a part of the creative force in the designs you see from our website to our magazine ads, catalogs to our T Series Full Bike Kits. Mikes heads up the team of 10 designers for day to day production. "Is Mike here yet?"

Born and raised in Brazil, with a side of Italy, Canada, and America, Pedro brings us an International passion for the Motocross Industry, brilliant creativity, and a little extra "Allegria" to the DeCal Works Design Team. Around here, he is known for turning great ideas into incredible designs, keeping the vibe energized, and laughing. Coming from a place of sunshine, he oddly enough has a great love for snowstorms. Weird. Also, really enjoys a nice long day in airport customs making friends. With a solid idea of what our customers love in so many countries from across the oceans to America, Pedro proves that he has an eye for stellar design in any language, a lifelong love for Motocross, and an insane talent for bringing your ideas to life!

Always smiling and bringing positive to our madhouse, she is the wife of owner, Ron Joynt and has been a part of daily craziness of DeCal Works for 20 years. "Sarto" is the creator and photographer for "Project 365". She has also been a full time shipper and warehouse warrior since we had our first package to ship. She also handles part of our accounting but prefers the fast pace of the warehouse and loves it!

The Man behind the knife. Jimmy a.k.a. "Ceasar" has been die stamping your DeCals since you were back on a 50! Ceasar runs our Lamination and Cutting Department. He hustles between machines all day long and has a stash of Easton Baseball bats on hand in case you get in his way!

Ken "Foghorn" Joynt

You can't even turn your computer on without this guy. His name is yelled throughout the building 800 times a day. Ken is one of our main I.T. guys and a Room 6 lifeline. He has created our invoicing programs, our constantly evolving and highly interactive website, and contributed to the flow of operations here at DeCal Works. He Kills the viruses, fixes the bugs, and creates programs to bring Ron's visions to life. If something is not working, go get Ken.

Anthony "TG" Gray

Tony is a big part of our innovative IT Team. Tony works alongside Ken making sure the web site, in house servers and computers are all communicating. Working in a company that never sleeps, Tony has to stay sharp. Tony is fluent in just about every computer aspect including Javascript, HTML5, PHP, SQL and VMware. Also a big hockey fan, Tony's favorite team is the Detroit Red Wings.

Dan "Neffers" Neff

Neff plays a few roles in our Shipping Department and Warehouse. He is part of our 24-7 DeCal mounting Team. If you need a DeCal put on a golf ball with no creases he is your man. Load up his desk with Plastic, he is in heaven! He is also our main shipper so he makes sure your order is looking fresh and every piece is included, which means coordinating plastic or Bike Stands, seat covers, T-Shirts, matching up Bike Kits with their Backgrounds. .. He is constantly moving, working with our sales guys and designers, making sure every possible order gets out the door in perfect condition.

Christian Kilpatrick

Christian keeps the DeCal Works warehouse running smoothly, making sure orders go out on time, inventory is aced and everything is exactly where it should be. When he's off the clock, you'll find him either casting a line in search of "the big one", cheering on Roczen, or at a race of any kind anywhere! Fast in the warehouse, the forklift or anything on 2 wheels. Forever convinced the next cast is the lucky one—Christian is an essential part of the DeCal Works team.
