Do you need to staple this on or does it just go over with elastics or something?
Answer:

You will need to staple the seat cover on.  Each seat cover comes with installation instructions.

Tools needed: ¼” Long x ½” Wide galvanized or stainless staples. (Anything longer will go through the foam and you will feel it through the seat.) Staple Gun Flathead screwdriver Needle nose pliers Scissors
