Indianapolis Triple Crown Recap – Round 9 at Indianapolis Supercross
🥈 2nd Overall – Eli Tomac Tomac showed elite consistency all night in Indy. After topping qualifying with the fastest lap of the day, he backed it up in the Triple Crown mains with finishes of 3-2-2, putting himself tied on points for the overall before ultimately finishing 2nd overall on the tiebreaker. Tomac stayed near the front in every race, limiting mistakes and continuing to keep the championship fight tight at the halfway mark of the season.
6th Overall – Jorge Prado Prado delivered a solid and consistent night inside the top 10. The KTM rider qualified 4th overall and maintained steady rides in each main event, going 6-6-6 across the three races. The consistent results gave him 6th overall for the night, continuing his steady rookie 450SX campaign in the Triple Crown format.
12th Overall – Justin Hill Hill qualified 8th overall and battled through the pack in each of the short Triple Crown races. His results of 13-13-11 showed persistence throughout the night, eventually securing 12th overall at Indianapolis as he continued to grind out points in the deep 450SX field.
19th Overall – Aaron Plessinger had a tough night after qualifying 15th overall. He started the evening with a promising 8th in Race 1, but misfortune struck in the final two mains with 22-22 finishes, dropping him to 19th overall for the event despite the strong opening race.
